I went in to pay for the services and was greeted with horrible customer service from Walt. I couldn’t believe that’s how he talks to his customers. On top of that, they kept my car for almost 3 months after they kept ordering the wrong part, 3 times.
After careful consideration and communication with other businesses regarding your unrealistic expectations to include pricing, private messages to employees via social media at hours beyond business hours i.e. 3am, we have decided to part ways with you. Without going into details publicly, I am sure you understand why. Your negative review reflects your true character as it is inaccurate and just attempt to slander a business who did so much for you. If it is any consolation, you have the record for being the most difficult and unrealistic client we have ever had a pleasure of working with.
