I'm new to the area and was apprehensive with having a new place work on my car. I took a chance on these guys and pretended to know absolutely nothing about cars because their prices are far better than the other European Auto specialty shops in the area. I thought for sure they would take advantage of a naive, new customer. When it came time to approve the work order, I thought to myself, here comes the upsell and scare tactics... I was pleasantly surprised to hear their honest opinion of what my car required to be on track with my own assessment. They didn't try to upsell or scared me into anything I didn't want or could afford. They even had a suggestion list of what needed to be prioritized so I could safely drive out of the shop and still make the repairs in phases. I definitely recommend them if you have a European car that is out of the factory warranty.

As a first time customer here, I was impressed by the level of quality and passion of the place. The mechanic that worked on my car was awesome. He gave me a play by play as he went through the work. The head sales rep Mario, kept up with communication by walking me through what they did and explained the pictures provided by the play by play. Highly recommend the shop to anyone driving a VW or Audi.
