Killeen AUTO REPAIR

First off had a lot of issues with the last shop I took my car to. I noticed as I drove it home it wasn't the same. I decided to try Auto Euphoria next and let me tell you. AMAZING JOB! They identified and repaired issues timely and efficiently. They saved me money for certain items when they could and I was very happy with the results. My car is driving amazingly now and all the issues I have had with it have been remedied. I wish I had taken my car to begin with to AUTO EUPHORIA. Driving my car after everything was done was well as you can imagine.... Euphoric! Special shout out to Adam who kept me informed of any issues that arose and kept me up to date with what was being done to my vehicle. 10/10 will take any car that has an issue to them again.

Where do I start?! The customer service here is amazing and oh let’s not forget the top mechanics that they have to offer! The turn around for your vehicle is ridiculous fast! They never keep me waiting for long to get my cars and truck back. They treat you like your part of the family every time you come in. There’s no other mechanic shop that has treated my family, friends and my self with much respect and love as if we were one of their own. I’m in the ARMY and I move around a lot but my 5 years in Killeen was awesome because of them taking care of me. Even now when I’m gone and a part failed on me that was under warranty with them, they got right on it and talked to a shop we’re I am now and got it fixed for me ASAP and with no cost to me! Like I said, if you are looking for that shop that is fast, reliable, caring and reasonable. Than look no more! AUTO EUPHORIA is the shop for you and your family! Thanks again for all that y’all do there and I hope I get stationed back there cause I know I will be taken care of for all my car and truck needs!

Incredible customer service. The shop, and customer service area sets itself apart from the other cookie cutter chain auto shops. The shop displays a more personal touch, making it more family friendly as expected from a local small business. However, the quality of work and professionalism is far from small. All the techs take the time to explain all conditions, without pushing any unnecessary repairs, or swaying you towards more expensive options. The work is always timely and the staff keeps you updated. I am in no way a car guy, so having a shop that takes care of the vehicle and the customer and not just their pockets is a huge change of pace from all of the other chain shops in the area. Both my wife and I have come to this shop and there was absolutely no difference in the service we received, regardless of gender, knowledge or vehicle. Respectful and fair staff, equally respectful pricing Highly recommended.

Awesome experience with these guys, couldn’t ask for a better shop. Great customer service, always on time, they were done with my car in a week as promised and they did everything they could to get my car ready! Best shop around town, they know there stuff and are not afraid to recommend you what you really need. No hidden things and really upfront about everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After three years in the Killeen / Fort Hood area, this is the best and most trustworthy place I’ve found to do work on my vehicle. Their prices are about average for auto repair, not high or low. Their turnaround time is good, normally one day, but can obviously take more time depending on how long it will take for parts to come in. What really sets them apart to me is their service. Walter at the front desk is superb. Not only will he walk you through everything they’ve found and recommend to get your vehicle fully up to speed, but he will go through and recommend the priority for each of you don’t want to do all of it. Unlike many other auto shops, I have found Auto Euphoria to be honest in my dealings with them. I recently had my car overheat. I got it there and they took it right in. After getting everything started, Walter then insisted on giving me a ride home (I was going to walk the two miles). That’s the kind of service they give. I've been taking my Audi S5 there for a little over a year now. I usually work with a gentleman named Walt and he has excellent customer service skills and ensures that the job gets done right at a competitive price. I have had my vehicle service there and it's much more convenient than driving all the way to Austin for a service. I recently was working with the gentleman named Adamwhich helped me to get a stage 1 APR tune for my vehicle. The technician that was responsible for making the magic happen name is Joseph. My car is a lot more responsive and more fun to drive now. They also found that my alignment was off and was able to perform the alignment this past weekend.
