Took my BMW 340ix 6-speed here a few months ago. I told the SA I was having a rear driver side suspension noise issue. $150 and a few hours later, I look at the work order and it says they inspected my front suspension? Not even the problem area. I took it to a well known local mechanic and he found a loose rear endlink on the driver side, the exact area I said the noise was coming from within 5 mins of having it on a lift. This place just wants your money.
Hello Mr. Newton. We inspected your entire vehicle not just the front. We found your front brake caliper pins were not fully installed causing your metal noise in the front area of the vehicle. Your vehicle was also driven with our shop foreman to verify that your concern was longer present after the repair. If the noise came back or was still present when you took the vehicle we would've had no issues going over it again or even going on a test drive with you. This repair order is dated back in August. We wish you would have voiced your concern so we could have made things right for you.
